Contact has been made with interested people from Qld Police CPIU. If you’re able to speak with them of personal matters, these details can be provided to you.
Starting with a collection of Child Sex Abuse matters of BBC (Toowong, Qld) Students, by Anthony (Kim) Buchanan and Michael Golding. Lloyd has been mentioned as a similar ‘Change-in-Employment’ situation. Updated mentions will be given, of any later details.

After the initial Launch of this site for public viewing, responses had been made re: Perpetrators within other schools. Ipswich Grammar School (IGS) had employed Anthony (Kim) Buchanan, leading to Survivors of this to be included.

Golding is recently known to have ‘school jumped’, to a southern music position. (partly included in upcoming post) Golding was part of my ‘extra curricular’ teaching (1991).
Is there an avenue to asks questions of other members? Specifically IGS. I have only started remembering things through therapy but want help identifying one of the people involved.
Certainly! Especially any other single-gender institution. It’s a typical part of any human, to keep past memories hidden away, not completely gone, yet it also works out for wrongdoers/predators: whenever therapists can get involved, they gradually get surviving-victims to ‘unpack’/’unearth’/’reveal’ these secrets, piece by piece. Is there an avenue for me to find out more information. I have recently gone to therapy and now am remembering some of the things that have happened to me. I was interacted with from Buchanan at IGS but he wasn’t the main perpetrator in my case. For me it was the maths teacher – who was fired/left at the same time as Buchanan. He was a very large man and often had white substance on his mouth (chalk) but being teenagers we all joked it looked like something else. He was the main person to do things to me but I forget his name and haven’t seen it mentioned. I remember his face and his body and exactly where I was and every moment though. If I had a year book I would be able to point him out in a heartbeat.
Steven, unfortunately most of the Private Schools (alike the Business world) try to hide the truths away from being easily known. ‘The truth is out there’ is both an X-files slogan and a true statement … it just takes some work, digging deeper.

It’s a common reaction of CSA Victim-Survivours to throw away anything that’s linked to their abuses. You’re by no means alone in not having any photos/yearbooks. Each school should have past editions in their libraries, or graduate offices.

You’re v welcome + thanks for your comments. As a peer, it’s like an ‘unwritten code’ – that CSA surviving-victims stick together. It’s great that there’s now a growing amount of counselling, support groups & all institutions are expected to provide external options for kids/family.
